I guess I should sum up the last five months. At the end of March I moved home away from university, i completely lost all interest in the place, the people and forking out hundreds of pounds for food and living costs, when I wasn’t even attending university properly. You cannot begin to understand how happy I was to be back home. I had all of my friends, my family and my hometown.
Now i’m not one of these people who are welded to their hometowns for the rest of their lives; I can’t imagine living in this place for the rest of my life. But then again I can’t see the future very clearly at the moment.
Yes, so ever since then i’ve been mooching around basically. Mostly in Germany as a matter of fact.

I spent almost a month and a half with Kai. We went to Rock am Ring (in the Eifel, nr. Koblenz), Evolution festival (in Newcastle) and Hurricane (in Scheeßel, nr. Hamburg) Yes that was brilliant, i’ve never had such a good festival experience, even though I was surrounded by Germans speaking solely German for the  majority of the festival. Oh and a cute Norwegian guy

I seriously enjoyed myself at Kai’s place; of course there were petty arguments and bad times, but we also had a lot of fun. I miss it quite a lot.
Yeah, if it wasn’t already obvious, i’m still with Kai. And he is now my longest boyfriend ever….9 months now. It feels like i’ve known him for my entire lifetime. And I don’t know what i’d do without him to be honest. Crazy! But I like it

Yeah we’ve had troubles in the past, and quite recently as well. I found out something that could have destroyed our relationship; it certainly destroyed a lot of the trust…… but everyone deserves a second chance, right?

On other news I’m starting a ‘running routine’, with starting being the emphasized word. The ‘routine’ part of my fitness regime hasn’t actually started…..i’ve been jogging every now and then, and it’s okay. But I want to start swimming more, and I definitely want to visit the gym more often and build up some weight/muscle.

Had a day of epic phone calls with Dyball and my mam. I swear to god I miss so home. So much that i’m going home after easter. For good.

Well for as long as I can stay away from uni. I think i’m going to Sunderland University to study the same thing, plus German. so that should be fun
Err yeah so i’m going home until the end of the academic year. To get a job and t oearn some money and not spend random shit on nights out that, to be honest, i don’t even like. Meh, i can’t wait tbh.

Kai asked me to move in with him. It;s kind of a big thing for me, and i really really really want. But my head tells me no because of money and job and stuff, but my heart definitely tells me yes. I swear to god.
I don’t even care where we end up living, just as long as I’m with him.

Sitting listening to music and playing Fallout 3 with Kiran and Curtis and avoiding contact with Prajay at all times. good times. x

So yes, in the last post, I was on my way to Pburg to visit Kai again, and on this post I am planning a trip to see him over Easter, staying there for a week.
And since i’m there for his 20th birthday, I am planning ideas for quite a nice surprise. Ideas on a postcard pleaseeee ;D Can’t wait *cheesy girly dance*

Since this blog is supposed to be about University, i think it’s a good idea to keep on track with that as well. Even though I’m not on track with it myself. I never expected it to go as badly as think, to be quite frank about it all. I’m currently so unmotivated and uninspired by everything that is happening with essays and exams and general academia, that I am starting to crawl back into my shell like I did at college. I didn’t do too well at college.
I’ve always fancied myself as a bit of an academic, at heart;
I like reading, I like documentaries about open heart surgery, and I get a bit flustery when i’m surrounded by books. Especially in those craggy little libraries where walking around involves a slalom between Voltaire and the Oxford English Dictionary, and desperately trying not to break the spines of books just by breathing.

It’s probably one of my greatest hidden pleasures. The smell of knowledge.

But when it comes to it, word-processing an essay on La Guerre d’Algérie in a French Language course fails to maintain my interest or motivation. Probably one of the reasons why that was not on my list of well accomplished academic essays.

(I can feel this post being absolutely huge, I have so much to talk about )

Also, to retain some form of creativity in my life, I am forcing myself to take more photos of everything around me.
I’m even considering making a video blog, which has been an idea in the back of my mind for a long time. I don’t have much to say though
Adding “was ridiculed on Youtube as a teenager” into my life-memoirs is not really an exciting prospect

Aaaaah i just want to look him in the eyes and remind him that I love him. i seriously hope he still feels the same way, i wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t though…aah ever since Christmas I’ve thought he was gonna break up with me….and that is the worst feeling in the world. The fact we hardly talked for 2 weeks certainly didn’t help the situation.  But I’m really fucking glad things are sort-of back to normal now, i just can’t wait to spend some time with him.

I am fully aware this sounds ridiculous, and cheesy and gay as fuck, but I just can’t wait to be there for him.
I’m not even that bothered about sex, since…clearly he thinks it’s shit.
I just want to have a really nice weekend with him, and prove to him (and myself) that i’m a better boyfriend than this Marius fella. I don’t really know why I hate that cunt so much, i just do. And i’d hate to ever be compared to him.  i don’t like cheaters.

Enough deep thought, i am seriously excited as fuck. But he’s gonna be tired as hell on Friday night, might just fall asleep with him while watching a film or something. Fucking want :3 x

I never got round to blogging about that weekend at his before Christmas. It was awwwww…. brilliant, but I can’t be assed to retell the entire story now, so i will later. If not for my own entertainment, for the fact i can look back at this blog in 5 years and remember the bloody amazing times ˆˆ

Ahhhh drinking beer, watching grown men fight each other on tv and then watching Black Books, which ended in us not watching Black Books and instead me trying to have sex with him. Haha, brilliant

On another note before i go to bed, since it’s FUCKING 3:25am…..WTF. Yeah, Erik invited me to Arnhem with him at end of February. Mint, i think i’m gonna go. It’ll be a good laugh, he’s a canny lad. And cheap ass flights from Birmingham. £10 return what the actual fuck.
